This ranking is the result of an in-depth study based on fundamentalist analysis of indicators. We conduct a comprehensive 10+ year historical evaluation of each indicator for the companies for which we have access to historical data. In the process, we not only analyze the individual trends of each company, but also compare the data of one company with that of others in the same analysis. Thus, the ranking is a synthesis of the knowledge accumulated from these detailed analyses.
No, the ranking does not provide a direct buy recommendation. It serves as a preliminary study, highlighting stocks that may be of interest. We recommend that after identifying stocks of interest in the ranking, the user performs a more detailed analysis on his or her preferred fundamental analysis site to confirm the feasibility of the purchase. Therefore, we do not offer a direct buy and sell strategy, but rather a resource that can reveal opportunities that may go unnoticed by the average user.
Yes, it is important to keep in mind that our ranking is based on robust analysis of companies’ past performance. However, we stress that past performance is no guarantee of future success. For example, a company that excelled during the pandemic due to high demand for its vaccines may not maintain the same performance after the pandemic is over. Its stock price may have halved, and while our ranking may highlight it because of its track record of good indicators and low current price, it is critical that investors do their own analysis to determine whether the stock is a good long-term investment.
No, the ranking is much more than that. It is the result of a complex, multi-step process that includes analyzing historical data, applying specific metrics to evaluate each indicator, and making comprehensive comparisons. All in all, we used about 20,000 lines of code to arrive at the results you see.
There are several reasons for this. First, we may not have robust enough historical data to perform an effective analysis of some companies. Also, we try to exclude stocks of companies in receivership from our ranking to avoid confusion, as these stocks may look attractive in terms of price, but carry significant risks. Finally, we give preference to companies that have a consistent history of generating net income. Therefore, companies that record frequent losses may not be as prominent in our ranking.
If you have a recommendation for a list of companies in receivership, please send it to us for analysis: idiv.rank @ gmail .com
